RESPEC seeks an experienced Oracle Manufacturing SME to provide high-level operational support for a National Laboratory. You will partner with engineering teams to optimize WIP and Quality within the Oracle ERP ecosystem, acting as the hands-on liaison between engineering processes and manufacturing modules.

Responsibilities include designing quality collection plans, writing SQL for data integrity, and coordinating workflow improvements. Travel on-site quarterly is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on functional experience within Oracle Manufacturing modules.
• Deep expertise in Oracle WIP, BOMs, and Quality integration with manufacturing.
• Intermediate SQL skills to analyze data and diagnose workflow issues.
• Strong engagement with manufacturing engineers, shop-floor technicians, and operations managers.
• U.S. Citizenship required for on-site access.

Responsabilités

• Serve as daily operational liaison and functional SME for Oracle Manufacturing.
• Administer and optimize transactions in Oracle WIP and Oracle Quality.
• Design and maintain Quality Collection Plans and recording hooks in routings.
• Write and run multi-table SQL queries to verify data and generate reports.
• Translate engineering requirements into configurations and shop-floor improvements.
• Support standardized discrete manufacturing workflows and tracking; travel ~quarterly.
