Job summary

The Project Manager at Freedom Industries will oversee construction projects from estimate to completion, coordinating estimates, material purchases, safety, and delivery. You will lead multiple site Project Managers, engineers, customers, and suppliers to drive on-time results.

You will build strong relationships with clients, staff projects efficiently, and ensure all work is done on budget while upholding Freedom’s core values and safety standards in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years PM experience in industrial mechanical/plumbing.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and manpower planning.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving.
• Experience with design/build or shutdowns is a plus.
• Willingness to own outcomes and work in a team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee project estimates, procurement, and safety.
• Coordinate site Project Managers, Engineers, customers, and suppliers.
• Direct field personnel and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Staff projects effectively with available personnel and assist in hiring.
• Manage change orders promptly per SOP.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and QA/QC.
• Build relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Handle documentation and reporting for project folders.
• Ensure safety and core processes are followed.
