Qualifications

• 2-5 years of industrial machine operation experience.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and regularly lift up to 65 lbs.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a technical manufacturing environment.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Basic computer knowledge for production tracking.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using precision measuring tools.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate continuous thermal processing and high-volume production machinery according to specs.
• Inspect finished products for quality and manage raw material scrap processes.
• Perform routine maintenance, preventive actions, and housekeeping with safety in mind.
• Collaborate with team members during shift changeovers to ensure smooth handoffs.
