SEH is seeking a Construction Services Engineer to join our Construction Services team in Appleton, WI. The role involves overseeing field activities on WisDOT projects, providing on-site representation, and coordinating documentation, testing, and surveys.

You will apply engineering knowledge to complete construction duties and ensure conformance with plans and specs. The successful candidate will lead construction engineering tasks on multi-phase projects and mentor staff, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret plans, specs, and technical docs.
• Strong verbal and written communication for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee or participate in field activities on WisDOT and municipal projects.
• Provide on-site representation, documentation, material testing, and survey coordination.
• Lead construction engineering duties and coordinate personnel and schedules.
