You will guide a small crew, manage customer communications, and uphold high workmanship standards. The position offers ownership via an ESOP and opportunities for career advancement within a safety‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Wisconsin State Journeyman’s License.
• Must have 5+ years of electrical experience on either commercial, industrial, or residential jobsites.
• Must be capable of leading a small crew (2 – 5 technicians/electricians) effectively.
• Must have good troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical equipment and material per NEC and local codes.
• Apply and train to all codes and standards.
• Coordinate and respond to customer needs promptly.
• Coach and mentor apprentices on-site and support team growth.
• Ensure safety and well-being of the jobsite and personnel.
