Job summary

Scheels All Sports, Inc. is hiring at our Springfield, IL location. This role processes incoming merchandise, assists merchandising teams, and maintains organized stock and floor presentation.

You will use a handheld scanner and computer to ensure accurate counts and pricing, while supporting a positive, team-oriented work environment. The candidate should be able to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally, work a schedule between 8am–4pm, and possibly evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming merchandise with efficiency to ensure correct counts.
• Tag, fold, hang and price merchandise for floor or back stock.
• Assist Merchandising Teams in distributing items to the Specialty Shop.
• Organize clothing hangers and size labels.
• Operate a pallet jack to move shipments between platforms, storage, and work areas.
• Maintain high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Navigate a computer and handheld inventory scanner.
