Job summary

SPS Corporation in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Glass & Panel Project Manager with expertise in panel products, glass/glazing, and curtainwall to lead projects to on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with client requirements.

The PM will coordinate between suppliers, vendors, subcontractors and clients in the Southeast Region of the US, developing execution plans, managing scope, risk and budget, and ensuring effective communication across all levels.

Qualifications

• Qualification in project management techniques or equivalent.
• Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.
• Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, change management.
• Experience with project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation on a project.
• Manages client interactions and fosters strong partnering with project teams.
• Coordinates scope, planning and scheduling with clients and team members.
• Identify, mitigate and manage risks and integration into the environment.
• Develops and maintains the Project Execution Plan.
• Manages the project budget development process.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Communicate effectively with all levels across the organization.
• Generate submittals and orders to vendors; handle RFIs/ASIs.
• Shop Drawing Submittals, Review and Response of RFIs, ASI, etc.
