Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and ability to handle customers promptly.
• Compliance with store policies and safety regulations.
• Ability to work across departments including HR, security and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Open and ready the food service department during service hours.
• Provide prompt, courteous service and communicate effectively with teammates.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state and local laws governing the store.
• Manage inventory to avoid waste while ensuring enough for customers.
• Assist in training new associates and support management.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and areas are clean and orderly.
• Promote Huck’s Bucks Loyalty app and assist customers with sign-up.
• Maintain current plan-of-grams and liaise with managers for stock needs.
