We are seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead non-industrial electrical construction projects in the Tempe/Phoenix area, coordinating crews, maintaining quality, and keeping projects on schedule. The role requires strong leadership, extensive electrical experience, and the ability to mentor electricians and apprentices on site.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
• 10 years of electrical construction experience, including leadership.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction, and safety standards.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors.
• Experience supervising and developing field crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical crews completing installation, maintenance, and repair work.
• Plan daily work, assign tasks, and communicate expectations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Ensure work meets electrical codes and safety standards.
• Monitor workmanship, labor, schedules, and project progress.
• Troubleshoot electrical and job-site issues.
• Coordinate with project leadership and other trades.
• Train and mentor electricians and apprentices.
• Manage tools, materials, and equipment.
• Complete daily reports and project documentation.

Electrical Foreman - Commercial Construction - Tempe, AZ

Are you an experienced Electrical Foreman who knows how to lead a crew, maintain high standards, and keep projects moving safely? Can you combine strong electrical knowledge with clear communication and confident field leadership?

The role

DP Electric is looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead non-industrial electrical construction projects across the Tempe/Phoenix area.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll work alongside electricians while managing daily field activity, coordinating crews, maintaining quality, and helping projects stay on schedule.

You’ll be responsible for the work completed by your crew and will work closely with Project Managers, General Foremen, and other trades on site.
