Job summary

Border States in Gillette, WY is seeking a Delivery Driver to support day-to-day warehouse operations by delivering materials to customer sites and branch locations. You will maintain vehicle logs, perform routine maintenance, and ensure safe, on-time deliveries while providing excellent customer service.

Required: 2+ years of delivery/warehouse experience, valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to operate SAP/Windows PCs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience preferred.
• Forklift operation knowledge preferred.
• Electrical products knowledge preferred.
• Must be 21+ years of age; valid driver’s license required.
• Current medical certification required.
• Clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Provides delivery of material to Border States branches and customer sites based on business needs.
• Maintains delivery vehicle in clean, good working condition and monitors maintenance and mileage data.
• Schedules DOT/state mandated inspection visits as required.
• Maintains daily driver logs and vehicle inspection sheets.
• Completes truck summary, driver’s log and other backup detail daily; pays truck expenses and updates records.
• Loads and unloads material at branch and customer locations; may perform warehouse tasks as needed.
