Coborn's, Inc. is hiring a part-time Deli Clerk to join our Deli team. We provide training; you bring a positive attitude and desire to learn. You will help create a friendly, guest-focused atmosphere with product samples and suggestive selling.

Responsibilities include slicing, weighing, packaging, labeling meat and cheese, preparing salads, and serving at the hot case where available. You will stock cases and prepare trays while following all food safety rules.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older; Hornbacher's location requires 18 years or older

Responsabilités

• Slice, weigh, package, and label meat and cheese products for guests
• Prepare and dish up salads
• Serve food to guests through the hot case where applicable
• Ensure the deli case and product areas are stocked and visually appealing
• Prepare meat and cheese trays, veggie trays, and other department products for sale
• Follow food safety guidelines and health, safety and sanitation regulations
• May be responsible for dishwashing, mixing ingredients, and assembling catering orders
