Qualifications

• Commercial construction superintendent experience.
• Experience managing ground-up projects.
• Experience overseeing renovation and expansion projects.
• Ability to coordinate with project managers, owners, architects, and engineers.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Must have valid driver's license and ability to travel across Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Lead diverse construction projects across Michigan from ground-breaking through completion.
• Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, field personnel, and safety meetings.
• Ensure code compliance, quality control, and site safety standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and daily reports.
• Collaborate with project managers, owners, architects, and engineers.
