Clune Construction seeks a Project Manager to lead budgeting, bidding, and cost control for multiple commercial projects. You will coordinate with internal teams, trade and design partners, and ensure timely billing and closeout.

You will advocate for accurate forecasting, client satisfaction, and proactive risk management while mentoring interns and junior staff. This role emphasizes teamwork, excellence, and operational integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience, incl. 2–3 years in commercial construction.
• Experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Strong estimating, budgeting, and cost monitoring skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and client-relations abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, bidding, and pricing presentations to clients.
• Coordinate internal teams, trade partners, and design partners.
• Manage monthly billing, cost control, and subcontract reviews.
• Ensure accurate project documentation and closeout.
• Assist with client retention and preconstruction collaboration.
• Support mentoring of interns and junior staff.
