You will support BD and preconstruction, organize project information, and assist with budgeting and scheduling across commercial interior, healthcare, and mission-critical projects.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in commercial interior, healthcare, or mission-critical projects.
• Experience coordinating pursuit information, RFPs, presentations, and project documentation.
• Proven ability to support budgeting, scheduling, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pursuit information, review RFPs, assist client presentations, and organize project data.
• Align documentation, logistics, constructability reviews, and procurement requirements for preconstruction.
• Prepare bid packages, track subcontractor proposals, and support award decisions.
• Support kickoff meetings, project controls, schedules, and field coordination.
• Maintain RFIs, submittals, logs, and financial records with CMiC.
• Assist with cost tracking, change orders, and billing workflows.
• Ensure clear communication among owners, architects, engineers, trade partners and teams.
• Support project closeout and turnover activities.
• Mentor and develop junior staff and continuously improve workflows.
