Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in commercial construction.
• Candidates must have reliable transportation.
• Be willing to work within a 50-mile radius.
• Ability to work in varied seasonal and weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• General and final cleanup.
• Distribution / cleanup of power hand-tools / extension cords / generators.
• Dewatering activities / set-up water pumps and hoses.
• Manual moving of formwork, lumber, steel and materials.
• Hand excavation and backfill.
• Place vapor barrier / board insulation.
• Placing concrete from a truck, pump, bucket, buggy, conveyor.
• Strip/wreck, clean and oil formwork.
• General / selective demolition of masonry, drywall, partitions, ceilings and finishes.
