Job summary

Emery Sapp & Sons, Inc. (ESS) is seeking a Laborer to support day-to-day operations on our construction projects. You will assist with general tasks, load and unload materials, dig trenches, and operate hand and power tools.

Safety is a priority; you will follow protocols, wear required PPE, and work with site supervisors to keep projects on track. Based in Oklahoma, ESS is a 100% employee-owned contractor delivering heavy civil work and infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in construction or related industry preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to learn and follow directions.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic.
