Qualifications

• 5-7 years of related experience in self‑perform construction.
• Direct exposure to concrete formwork and vertical concrete construction.
• Strong working knowledge of RFIs, submittals, procurement, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead self‑perform concrete operations for a $20M project.
• Partner closely with superintendents and field crews.
• Remove obstacles and maintain momentum on the jobsite.
