Job summary

EON, Inc. is seeking a Community Support Supervisor to oversee one or more locations, supervise direct care staff, and develop client Program Implementation Plans. The role includes managing client finances, coordinating medical appointments, and ensuring smooth household operations.

The position is full-time, non-exempt, with weekends/holidays as needed, in New Ulm, MN, offering an ESOP and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to human services and 1 year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to individuals with disabilities or elderly.
• Associate degree in human services and 2 years full-time work experience providing direct care services to individuals with disabilities or elderly.
• Diploma in a field related to human services and three (3) years full-time work experience providing direct care services to individuals with disabilities or elderly.
• Minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and four (4) years full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or elderly under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and train direct care staff at assigned location(s).
• Develop and supervise each client’s Program Implementation Plan to ensure quality programming.
• Manage clients’ finances as directed by guardians while promoting responsible use of funds.
• Oversee medical appointments and other household management duties as listed in scope of services.
