A regional tire service provider in Portland, Maine, is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to perform vehicle repairs and services independently. The role requires handling customer interactions, performing tire services, and conducting safety inspections. Candidates should have a high school diploma, at least one year of experience, and ASE certifications. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with 1-3 ASE certifications.
• A valid Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repairs and services independently.
• Mounts, dismounts, balances, and repairs tires.
• Conducts lube/oil/filter changes on vehicles.
• Performs vehicle safety inspections.
• Diagnoses and repairs various vehicle systems.
• Produces accurate repair estimates.
• Communicates with customers about needed repairs.
• Maintains a clean work area adhering to safety standards.
