Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer focus and friendly attitude.
• Flexible schedule to cover store hours including some weekends & evenings.
• Strong computer aptitude and organizational skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a motor vehicle record acceptable to ICL Insurance Company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking engaging questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Timely follow-up with clients to ensure referral business.
• Assist the department manager to meet departmental objectives and the business plan.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high customer satisfaction rating.
• Conduct professional demonstrations of vehicles and ensure smooth delivery and paperwork.
