Job Summary:
The Employee Housing Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the Tahoe housing portfolio. This individual will work with the West Regional Housing Manager to help execute the Employee Housing strategy to ensure support of our current and future business needs. They will help guide Employee Housing ensuring alignment to provide an Experience of a Lifetime, which includes creating a safe, inclusive, vibrant and affordable housing environment that is compliant with all regulatory requirements. This individual will help partner with multiple internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including business leaders, employees, vendors, and community resources.

The expected Total Compensation for this role is$68,640.00 - $72,000.00. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
Full Time roles are eligible for the above, plus:
Employees can work remotely from British Columbia, Washington D.C., and the 16 U.S. states* in which we currently operate. This includes: California, Colorado, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Hampshire, New York, Nevada, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Utah, Vermont, Washington State, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
