Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an experienced Product Manager for Global Employee Help and Advisory to lead end-to-end product life cycle, design and deliver digital employee experiences via ServiceNow, focusing on HR.

You will influence strategy, work with Technology and Servicing to ensure cohesive experiences, and guide design and launch of features. This role requires cross-functional collaboration and strong backlog management.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, design and execution
  • Cross-functional partnership and collaboration skills - Comfort building and maintaining strong relationships with a broad set of product and functional partners
  • Strong attention-to-detail, independent, self-motivatedwith ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment

Job Description

As a Product Manager in Global Employee Help and Advisory Product, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. We are looking for a talented and driven leader to join our team, focused on designing and delivering digital led employee experiences through the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will own the product design and execution for critical employee experiences within Human Resources. You will influence product strategy and translate it into tangible, high-quality delivery - working with cross impacted teams such as Technology and Servicing to ensure employees have cohesive experience. You will guide the successful design and launch of product features and enhancements.

  • Strong familiarity with complex HR processes and servicing models a plus
