Job summary

SSM Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide healthcare services for employees in the Employee Health department, onsite in Wisconsin. The role supports screenings, immunizations, safety training, and wellness programs within established policies and procedures.

Requires RN licensure and a nursing degree, with at least one year of RN experience. The position is a full-time, day-shift role with regular hours and a strong emphasis on safety, compliance, and employee well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing or licensing equivalency.
• One year RN experience.
• Current RN license appropriate to work location.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and maintain patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provides treatment for job related injuries and illnesses.
• Conducts health screenings for new hires and immunization clinics.
• Ensures compliance with workplace safety laws and regulations; may conduct safety trainings.
• Provides employee counseling and referrals for health matters.
• Monitors safety trends and helps identify risk areas.
• Designs and implements employee safety trainings.
• Adheres to professional nursing standards and ethics.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
