Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse in Minnesota.

• BSN or three years of RN experience.
• Effective independent nursing judgment and skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience collaborating with care team members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct colleague exposure investigations.
• Evaluate colleagues’ risk of exposure.
• Provide nursing expertise for worker’s compensation program.
• Assesses colleagues' return to work status.
• Coordinate with applicable stakeholders.
