HCA Healthcare is seeking an Employee Health Registered Nurse to influence patient care through collaboration with management and nursing councils. The role focuses on workforce well-being, reducing absenteeism, and delivering clinical guidance across occupational health and safety programs.

Responsibilities include conducting health screenings, managing work-related injuries, return-to-work planning, safety investigations, and staff education on infection prevention and wellness.

Competenze

• RN license required.
• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Your responsibilities will include:

• Completing pre-employment and annual health screenings, immunizations, lab testing, and exposure tracking

What qualifications you will need

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
