Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LVN program.
• Prefer one year experience in medical office or clinic care setting providing direct patient care.
• Requires Current State of California Licensed Vocational Nurse and CPR (AHA BCLS).

Position Summary

The Employee Health LVN is responsible for overseeing Employee Health day to day operations to assure that department runs smoothly. Is responsible for assuring all pre-placement and annual medical examinations are scheduled accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with established hospital policy. Performs functions of LVN. Is accountable for all patient care he/she gives during a day. Pursues continuing education related to practice to maintain knowledge and skills. Maintains professional and safe working environment at all times.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Requires Graduate of an accredited school with LVN Program. Prefer one year experience in medical office or clinic care setting providing direct patient care.

Proven verbal and written communication skills. Prefer computer/software experience (MS Word, Excel, Outlook), with Employee Health background preferred.

Requires Current State of California Licensed Vocational Nurse, Current American Heart Association BCLS certificate.
