Job summary

Charles Schwab in Texas is seeking an Investment Consultant to guide colleagues and their families with comprehensive financial planning and wealth-management services. You will advise on retirement, education, estate planning, investments, and risk management in alignment with Schwab’s guidelines.

The role requires active FINRA Series 7, Series 66 licenses, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and strong relationship-building and communication skills to serve employees across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
• Active FINRA Series 7 license required.
• Active FINRA Series 66 license required (63/65 optional).
• Active Life/Health insurance license required (may be obtained).
• Proven success in developing and managing client relationships.
• Strong industry and market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial planning guidance to Schwab employees and their families.
• Deliver comprehensive planning across retirement, education, investments, estate, and risk management.
• Offer wealth management services in line with firm policies and guidelines.
