Job summary

Visions Federal Credit Union in Endwell, NY is seeking an Employee Experience Intern to support planning for 2027 events, ERG activities, and DEIB initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience with event planning, employee engagement, and internal communications.

You'll work with the Employee Experience Team to research DEIB topics, create monthly highlights, and help keep projects on schedule during Spring Semester January 2027-May 2027. No immigration sponsorship is provided.

About the Internship

Join our People & Culture team as an Employee Experience Intern and contribute to programs that help employees feel connected, supported, and valued. Working alongside the Employee Experience Team, you will gain hands‑on experience in event planning, employee engagement, employee resource groups (ERGs), and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives.

Internship Details

• Schedule: Internship schedules are typically arranged around academic availability and business needs. Students should be prepared to complete approximately 120 hours during the internship period, with final schedule details coordinated with the supervisor.
• Location: Internship is on-site at our Corporate Headquarters in Endwell, NY
• Program dates: Spring Semester January 2027-May 2027
• Compensation: $17.30 per hour

College/University must be located in the Binghamton, NY or surrounding areas (Spring Semester January 2027-May 2027). Must be a current College student during Spring 2027.
