Job summary

Phoenix Children's Hospital, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Experience Specialist to support recognition and workforce engagement initiatives aligned with our mission, vision, and values.

You will partner with HR, leaders, and staff to track KPIs and drive continuous program improvements. The role handles program coordination, vendor relations, communications, and survey administration, contributing to a positive work experience and patient-centered care culture at Phoenix Children’s.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• Three (3) years of relevant work experience required.
• Healthcare HR experience and program administration preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recognition programs and administer related events.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, renewals, and RFP activities.
• Support employee communications and onboarding materials; assist with orientation updates.
• Assist with survey administration and program improvement initiatives.
