Employee Experience Coordinator
As the Employee Experience Coordinator at DS Bus, you will be a key driver in cultivating a positive, engaging, and inclusive workplace culture across our Kansas and occasionally to our Missouri locations. This role involves travel to various sites to ensure consistent employee experience standards and foster strong connections with our teams.
Pay for this position is $25.00 / hour.
Responsibilities
- Employee Recognition & Engagement: Design and manage creative recognition programs that celebrate employee achievements and milestones; Promote a culture of appreciation and inclusion across all locations.
- Event Planning & Coordination: Organize and execute engaging events (on-site and virtual) that build community and boost morale; Collaborate with local teams to tailor events to each location's needs.
- Facility Standards & Vendor Coordination: Partner with safety personnel and vendors to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming facilities; Conduct site visits to ensure consistent standards across all locations.
- Internal Communication: Develop and distribute clear, timely, and engaging internal communications; Ensure employees are informed and connected to company updates, initiatives, and resources.
- Feedback Collection & Analysis: Gather feedback from drivers and staff through surveys, interviews, and informal channels; Analyze data to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements.
- Leadership & Culture Building: Serve as a role model of professionalism, integrity, and empathy; Support managers and teams in fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in transportation operations or HR Coordinator field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; adaptable to diverse audiences.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams and SharePoint.
- Ability to travel regularly to multiple Kansas & Missouri locations.
- High level of integrity, fairness, and credibility.
