A Brief Overview

The Employee Experience Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Human Resources department by ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. This position is responsible for assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, corporate events, contracts, purchase orders, and HR compliance. The HR Coordinator helps maintain HR systems and documentation and supports various HR initiatives to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

What You Will Do
  • Employee Experience Support initiatives that enhance employee experience, including engagement surveys, feedback analysis, and action planning in collaboration with the Director of Employee Experience.
  • Talent Acquisition: Coordinate and support recruitment activities, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Communicating with hiring managers regarding their open positions. Responsible for assisting with creating offer letters. Assisting with I-9 verifications, background checks, and onboarding tasks for new hires. Assist the Employee Experience Associate Manager with recruiting and talent acquisition as needed.
  • Event Management: Support with planning and execution of internal corporate events, including logistics, communications, and vendor coordination. Collaborate with Global counterparts on all corporate events.
  • Administrative: Assist with processing purchase orders and managing contracts related to HR vendors, events, and services. Manage the logistics for the onboarding Merz Mate program. Support internal communications related to HR programs, culture initiatives, and employee experience campaigns. Coordinate vendor set up and management.
  • HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records, support HRIS updates, and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. Generate and analyze HR data reports to support strategic decision-making and employee experience initiatives. Assist with coordinating logistics for training programs, onboarding sessions, and career development workshops. Assist with HR processes and improvement efforts.
  • Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, 2+ years experience in HR Administration or similar experience.
