Job summary

Tri-State is seeking an Employee Communications Specialist at one of four grades to support internal communications from its Westminster, Colorado location. You will collaborate with many business lines and help build relationships while delivering engaging messaging to employees.

Roles include Specialist I-III and Senior Specialist, with salary ranges posted per grade and the option to work remotely up to 40%. Actual compensation varies by experience and the selected grade.

Note:There is one position available and the position will be filled at one of three job grade levels: Employee Communications Specialist I, job grade 5; Employee Communications Specialist II, job grade 6; Employee Communications Specialist III, job grade 7; or Senior Employee Communications Specialist, job grade 8. This decision will be based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate selected, and Tri-State business needs at the time of hire.

Hiring Salary Range: $80,000-$99,000

Hiring Salary Range: $72,000-$88,000

Hiring Salary Range: $64,000-$79,000

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary outside of the posted hiring salary range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
