Here's what you'd do:
- We're seeking an energetic and innovative Employee Communications & Engagement Specialist to join the client's Cyber Security Products business and help build a connected, informed, and inspired workforce.
- In this role, you'll be key in shaping a positive and engaging employee experience through effective internal communications, creative initiatives, and thoughtful programming.
- Reporting to the Internal Communications Manager, you'll collaborate across departments to implement strategies that strengthen culture, boost morale, and ensure employees feel valued and equipped to succeed.
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies that highlight company values, promote employee engagement, and bring the company's values and mission to life.
- Write and edit a wide range of content, including emails, newsletters, Slack messages, intranet articles, leadership talking points, and video scripts.
- Manage the internal communications content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of important updates and aligning messaging with company priorities.
- Collaborate with teams to create engaging and diverse communication formats (such as videos, Q&As, and podcasts) to enhance information sharing and reception.
- Support the company-wide rollout of Slack, creating excitement and driving adoption through strategic communication plans, training materials, and engagement campaigns.
- Continue ongoing Slack engagement activities that promote best-in-class usage and encourage cross-functional collaboration.
- Build, maintain, and optimize department and company SharePoint sites to ensure employees have quick, reliable access to the information they need to do their jobs.
- Identify areas for improvement through employee feedback and engagement data.
- Use insights to design and implement impactful solutions.
- Brings invaluable corporate experience to introduce fresh and creative ideas to engage employees and enhance excitement around the client's organizational culture.
- Develops unique and interactive employee engagement activities, such as games and treasure hunts, to drive enthusiasm and participation in change initiatives.
