From assessments and health services to employability programmes and specialist support, we do work that matters with people who care.

This role supports the team in delivering and enhancing employee communications and engagement for Maximus UK. The team consists of 8 members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, create, and edit content across various communication channels.
  • Assist in planning and executing projects, campaigns, and events.
  • Monitor the team email inbox and provide frontline customer service as needed.
  • Build and distribute regular newsletters and emails to targeted audiences.
  • Support administrative and operational tasks within the team.
Qualifications & Experience

Essential

  • Organised, flexible, and capable of effective planning and prioritisation.
  • Confident in creating and editing written content.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Desirable

  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or related discipline.
  • Previous experience in a communications role.

Travel Requirements

This is a fully remote role, but occasional travel (at least once per quarter) to team events or away days is required.
