Short Description

Rizing HCM seeks an experienced Employee Central US Payroll (ECP) for its Professional Services Team. The Senior Consultant will provide first class service to Rizing HCM's Professional Services customers. Additionally, the Senior Consultant will lead ECP projects and work closely with customers to deliver and support human resources systems that are based on industry best practices.

Essential Functions

1. Functions as a Lead and subject matter expert to deliver SAP Payroll/ SuccessFactors end-to-end implementation.
2. Creates and delivers high quality demonstrations and presentations.
3. Gathers and analyses clients’ Payroll business requirements and objectives.
4. Designs, configures, and provides support oversight of SuccessFactors and/or SAP Payroll solution.
5. Delivers legal and tax advisory services to customer.
6. Delivers payroll functionality specifications for the technical team to build interfaces.
7. Works with client to plan and organize QA testing.
8. Facilitates knowledge transfer with clients via customer/administrator and end user training.
9. Interacts with Software Specific Partner Resources in addition to payroll vendors, client contacts and internal teams.
10. Completes continuing education activities to attain and maintain professional certifications, including continuous learning of new lines of HR business and SuccessFactors’ products/technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems/Technology or Business, or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5 years or more of related industry experience with country specific payroll background.
• Experience completing multiple ECP payroll implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience participating in software implementation projects.
• Certification in one or more SuccessFactors modules.

Desired Qualifications

• Prior experience or knowledge of Human Resources.
• Previous product specific training.
• Prior experience in functional or technical consulting role.
• SAP Payroll & Time or SuccessFactors Payroll, or equivalent project experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Deep knowledge of the EC to Payroll Integration.
• Good knowledge of the Payroll Control Center.
• Advanced understanding of HR functions and business processes.
• Advanced knowledge of SuccessFactors product.
• Ability to attentively listen and effectively communicate with clients to build relationships.
• Ability to assess and assist clients with existing systems and optimize their solutions using existing knowledge of system functionality and best practice recommendations.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a project team, deploying the features and functions of SuccessFactors products as outlined in the Statement of Work.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations.
• Ability to manage time and multiple projects with a high degree of attention to detail.
