About Us Description

Provides functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instructions to customers on SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition (RCM, RMK, ONB2.0) products and processes. Leads and ensures the successful implementation of SuccessFactors products. Functions as a key resource for customers and leads implementation teams.

Essential Functions
  1. Provides functional strategic guidance for project planning, system landscape, data migration, testing, deployment, integration, and overall solution architecture.
  2. Advises Project Leads and Project Managers to implement best practice decisions that successfully impact the overall platform.
  3. Provides guidance in the definition of solution design practices and standards that link back to SAP best practices.
  4. Supports Project Leads in translating business goals into appropriate solutions, while assessing feasibility and optimization of the solution.
  5. Able to lead and conduct project design workshops.
  6. Able to function as an individual contributor leading a product implementation team to deliver SuccessFactors product.
  7. Responsible for supporting functional and technical leads in workshops.
  8. Designs and supports proof of concepts to demonstrate proposed technical solutions.
  9. Designs, develops, and supports business requirements by leveraging SAP solutions.
  10. Assists and reviews the preparation of workshop/training materials.
  11. Maintains an overall overview of the customer solution, throughout the project cycle.
  12. Able to complete/assist in demonstration set ups.
  13. Proactively identifies process improvements, including clear and concise solution definitions.
  14. Gathers and analyzes the clients’ business requirements and objectives.
  15. Creates and delivers high quality demonstrations and presentations.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience in a related relevant field.
  • Certification in SuccessFactors module. (Professional Certification in Employee Central Preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with detailed knowledge of business processes, technical documentation, and Employee Central implementation.
  • At least 3 full implementation experiences on SuccessFactors Employee Central Module.
  • Prior experience in functional or technical consulting role.
  • Other Professional SuccessFactors module certifications will also be considered (Onboarding, Compensation, etc.).

  • Advance knowledge of SuccessFactors product.
  • Skilled in technology coupled with business acumen to complement system consulting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Analytical and solutions oriented; ability to solve complex problems by providing detailed insight and constructive criticism into problems/complex situations.
  • Ability to attentively listen and effectively communicate with clients to build relationships.
  • Ability to assess and assist clients with existing systems and optimize their solutions using existing knowledge of system functionality and best practice recommendations.
  • Ability to build personal relationships with clients and peers while inspiring and motivating others.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a project team, deploying the features and functions of SuccessFactors products as outlined in the Statement of Work.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations.
  • Ability to manage time and multiple projects with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in teams and independently.
  • Strong organizational, planning and management skills.
  • Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills; displays confidence and poise in formal speaking situations; creates effective and compelling presentations by keeping meetings clearly focused on the agenda.
