Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Associate Café Attendant at Horseshoe Bay Resort in Horseshoe Bay, TX. You will help create a welcoming dining area for resort staff, set up the cafeteria, serve colleagues, and maintain cleanliness throughout service.

You will work with kitchen staff to obtain fresh items, manage stock, and ensure accurate billing using the cash register and meal‑tracking systems. A strong team attitude is essential.

You ensure that every resort associate—from our Golf Pros to our Housekeeping team—has a high-quality meal in a professional, clean environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Service Excellence: Set up the cafeteria for daily service, stocking self-service areas with fresh food, proper equipment, and supplies.
• Team Service: Serve fellow associates during meal breaks with a smile, ensuring proper portions and high-quality presentation.
• Inventory Management: Coordinate with the Food and Controllable Storerooms to maintain par stocks of china, glassware, flatware, and ingredients.
• Sanitation Champion: Maintain rigorous standards of food safety and cleanliness. This includes managing spills, clearing dishes, cleaning grills, and ensuring a spotless dining area.
• Kitchen Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen personnel to obtain freshly prepared food items and conduct taste panels to ensure quality standards.
• Transactional Accuracy: Operate the cash register or meal-tracking machines to ensure accurate billing for food items.
