Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Progressive Field in Cleveland, OH is hiring seasonal Cafe Attendants to join our team. You will refill cooked and cold food at the buffet, monitor stations, and help ensure guest satisfaction throughout shifts.

Role requires strong communication, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and adherence to health and safety guidelines. Flexible scheduling and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• No high school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Refill cooked and cold food items at the buffet and ensure stations have serving utensils.
• Monitor food levels and restock with culinary team when needed.
• Provide the highest standard of customer service and respond to guest inquiries.
• Wipe and clean service stations and follow health and safety procedures.

The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Employee Cafe Attendants to join our team at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio. As a Cafe Attendant, you will place and refill cooked and cold food at the buffet or serving line at our staff eatery outlets.

Pay

$15.00 - $15.00 / hour

What will you do?

• Refill cooked and cold food items at the buffet and ensure all stations have the appropriate serving utensils
• Monitor food levels at the buffet and partner with the culinary team to restock food items
• Provide the highest standard of customer service and respond to guest enquiries
• Wipe and clean all service stations and follow all health and safety procedures
