Duties :

• Sell health, life, and other types of insurance to clients
• Assist clients with benefit enrollment, changes, and inquiries
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of benefit data and resolve any discrepancies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in benefit regulations to ensure compliance with relevant laws
• Establish client insurance coverage, calculate premiums and establish method of payment
• Provide information concerning group and individual insurance packages, the range of risk coverage, benefits paid and other policy features
• Identify and source potential clientele.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field preferred
• Exceptional experience in B2B Sales
• Proven experience in administering employee benefit programs
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements for employee benefits
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Lots of passion and high energy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism
