You will build and manage client relationships, pursue new business, and advise on comprehensive risk strategies while navigating industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5+ years' experience in Employee Benefits insurance sales.
• Group Health license for Employee Benefits.
• Life and Health License (preferred).
• Excellent Verbal and Written skills.
• Will exude enthusiasm and confidence in relationships.
• Effective at multi-tasking.
• Proven track-record of meeting performance measures.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage profitable insurance relationships with prospects and clients.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key internal and external sources to identify potential customers.
• Achieve YoY revenue growth by acquiring new insurance customers.
• Analyze and advise on comprehensive business insurance strategies.
• Communicate Huntington Insurance value proposition to customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Building and managing profitable insurance relationships with Huntington prospects and clients.
• Cultivating and maintaining professional relationships with key internal and external sources to identify potential customers for insurance products and services.
• Achieving positive year over year revenue growth through acquisition of new insurance customers.
• Analyzing, preparing and advising on comprehensive business insurance Strategies
• Effectively communicating the Huntington Insurance value proposition to potential and existing consumers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years' experience in Employee Benefits insurance sales
• Group Health license for Employee Benefits

Preferred Qualifications

• Abides by all state and federal regulations and Bank policies regarding business conduct
• Life and Health License

Compensation Range

$70,000.00 - $140,000.00 Annual Draw (reconciled against earned incentive compensation)

The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
