Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in Healthcare/Employee Benefits with client presentations.
• Microsoft Office 365 applications proficiency (Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Dynamics).

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead point of contact and relationship manager for an assigned book of business.
• Coordinate timelines and deadlines for presentations and plan updates.
• Respond to RFPs, evaluate carrier proposals, and determine suitable options for clients.
• Participate in enrollment meetings and plan reviews.
• Proactively contact clients to ensure plans run smoothly and address questions.
