$100,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Our client is looking for an Employee Benefits Manager to lead the strategy, administration, and compliance of all employee benefit programs, including health, retirement, wellness, and leave management. This role serves as a key partner to HR and leadership, ensuring competitive, cost-effective plans that support employee well-being across multiple states.

** This role is full-time on-site in Santa Paula, CA. **

Our client is a food distribution company with operations spanning the U.S. and international markets. They partner with retailers and food-service providers to deliver high-quality, seasonal offerings year-round. The Benefits Manager will report to their Santa Paula office five days a week.

The Benefits Manager will make sure employees have access to health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks like wellness programs and time-off benefits. They handle everything from working with vendors and answering employee questions to making sure the plans are fair, cost-effective, and meet all legal requirements.

This position reports into the Director of HR and will work closely with HR, Accounting, and Legal, as well as external vendors.

This role is on-site five days a week in Santa Paula.

Job Offer

  • $100k-$140k salary depending on candidate's experience
