Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience preferred in the insurance industry.

  • Active state-specific Life & Health Insurance agent’s license or ability to obtain within three months.

At ICS, we believe in driving innovation and delivering exceptional solutions to our clients. We specialize in providing top-notch financial and clinical consulting services for employee benefit health plans. Our team is dedicated to excellence, and we are looking for a talented Financial Planning & Analysis Consultant to join our ranks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consulting Excellence: Provide comprehensive financial and clinical consulting to clients, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Financial Reporting: Run and analyze client monthly financial reports, presenting findings in a clear and impactful manner.
  • Data Analysis: Develop and enhance complex financial and clinical reporting tools, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.
  • Model Development: Build and maintain financial and clinical models to support client account teams, while mentoring and training junior staff.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Recommend strategic and tactical initiatives based on clinical and financial data, ensuring our clients’ benefit plans are optimized.

Additional Duties

  • Analyze and deliver IBNR results.
  • Attend client meetings with occasional travel.
  • Stay abreast of emerging market conditions and compliance regulations, providing relevant insights to clients.
  • Manage complex financial, reporting, and health & welfare benefits projects.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Licensing: Active state-specific Life & Health Insurance agent’s license or ability to obtain within three months of hire.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
