Brown & Brown is Seeking an Employee Benefits Consultant to join our growing team in Albany, NY.

The Employee Benefits Sales Executive role in Albany, NY is acrucial role in helping businesses secure their futures through comprehensive insurance solutions.

How You Will Contribute

  • Actively pursue new client prospects through innovative outreach strategies like telemarketing, networking, and personal referrals.

  • Sell and renew group health insurance products, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and more, to provide tailored solutions for your clients.

  • Manage onsite enrollment meetings, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and fostering long-term relationships.

  • Work closely with account management teams to drive cross-selling strategies and create synergies across our diverse insurance offerings.

  • Participate in professional development activities to keep your skills sharp and stay informed on industry trends.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • A Life & Health License (or a commitment to obtain one within sixty days).

Skills & Experience to Be Successful

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience that showcases your capability.

  • 3-4+ years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in PEO, HRIS, Payroll, Employee Benefits, or a similar industry.

  • Strong financial acumen and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills that set you apart

Pay Range

$70,000 - $150,000 Annual

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
