The Baldwin Group is seeking an Advisor, Employee Benefits to sell new accounts and renew existing accounts in alignment with firm goals. Advisors build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, the service team, insurance company partners, and centers of influence while identifying and soliciting sales prospects.

Responsibilities include presenting proposals, finalizing sales, coordinating with partners, and meeting monthly new-business targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Licenses required by state; willingness to obtain necessary licenses within 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Presents proposals and reviews coverages with clients.
• Maintains relationships with clients, prospects, service team and insurer partners.
• Finalizes sales and collects documents; briefs service team on sales.
• Develops prospects through community involvement and networking.
