Based in our Indianapolis office, our Employee Benefits Consultant serves as the strategic lead consultant for a portfolio of mid-sized and large employers, primarily in the 250+ employee segment, with exposure to large group and national accounts. The consultant will act as the primary advisor to clients, leading benefits strategy, renewal planning, financial management, and long-term program design while partnering closely with producers and internal subject matter authorities. This is an ideal opportunity, during a period of growth and momentum, for someone who enjoys the technical and consultative side of employee benefits and is confident leading strategic conversations that drive client outcomes!
At NFP, consultants lead through, setting the strategy for a dedicated service team that includes account managers, analysts, benefits coordinators, communications specialists, brokers, and HR technology experts.

The base salary range for this position is $90,000 – $150,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
