Job summary

The Wilkinson Firm is seeking an independent consultant (1099) to design and optimize employer mental health programs. You will walk clients through EAP architecture, vendor evaluation, and ROI analytics, with a focus on compliance with mental health parity rules.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in EAP/BH benefits, with preferred CEBS or SHRM-CP plus BH credentials. Compensation is rate-driven: $100-175/hr or $2-5K/month retainer per managed client, remote work with a North Carolina focus.
