Job summary

The Wilkinson Firm is a remote-focused consultancy delivering expert EAP and mental health benefit design for US employers. You will guide employers through program design, vendor selection, and utilization analysis from a remote setting with a SC state focus.

We seek consultants with 5+ years in EAP/BH benefits, preferably with CEBS or SHRM-CP plus BH credentials. Prior operators of Lyra, Modern Health, Spring Health, or Talkspace are welcome. CEBS/SHRM-CP credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of EAP and BH benefit consulting experience.
• CEBS or SHRM-CP plus BH credential preferred.
• Experience designing employee mental health programs and vendor evaluation.
• Familiarity with parity rules and ROI reporting is required.

Job description

Engagement: 1099 consultant. Rate range: $100-175/hr OR $2-5K/mo retainer. Location: Remote with SC state focus.
