Job summary

NHS Highland is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Employability Coordinator to support delivery of a new Scottish Government-funded Parental Employability Programme across health and care services while helping address workforce challenges.

Working within the Employability Team, you will coordinate programme activity across Highland and Argyll & Bute, liaising with participants, managers and employability partners to support recruitment, onboarding, placement delivery and progression

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating programmes or employability initiatives.
• Ability to build strong partnerships with participants, managers and employability partners.

Working as part of the Employability Team, you will coordinate programme activity across Highland and Argyll & Bute, working with participants, managers and employability partners to support recruitment, onboarding, placement delivery and progression opportunities.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational and communication skills who is passionate about supporting people into employment and building strong partnerships.
