Job summary

The Cleaning Authority - Fresno is looking for a full-time housekeeper to join our team. Work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with holidays off and no nights or weekends. Enjoy a role that is rewarding and fulfilling with opportunities for advancement.

You'll receive training (2-3 weeks), benefits such as free uniforms, paid time off, paid holidays, mileage reimbursement, and the chance to work with a partner across different homes.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• Hold a valid California driver’s license.
• Have a reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance.
• Be able to pass a background check.
• Have a great attitude, be a team player, and take pride in your work!
• A willingness to learn. Everybody can clean, but not everyone cleans like we do!
• Be able to be on your feet all day with light lifting (less than 25 pounds). We won't lie, it's a physically demanding job!

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply the Detail-Clean Rotation System in client homes.
• Work with a partner in different homes every day to complete the schedule.

We have a 2-3 week training program which includes hands-on training with one of our experienced and professional house cleaning trainers.

When you join our team, you’ll be trained on our Detail-Clean Rotation System, which has proven effective in more than 20 million cleans across North America. You will be in different homes every day working with a partner to get all of the work done. Our organization is renowned for providing quality cleanings at affordable prices.
